ph365.con accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ph365.con does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed all required identity verification procedures; (b) your account is in good standing and not subject to any restrictions or investigations; (c) you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the results of any required security checks. ph365.con reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are subject to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, ph365.con may require you to use an alternative method. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose.
If you have a complaint or dispute with ph365.con, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph365.con shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
ph365.con reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) abuse of bonuses or promotions; (d) failure to provide required documentation; or (e) any conduct that we deem harmful to ph365.con, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, you will forfeit any bonuses, pending bets, and any funds obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activities. However, any legitimate balance in your account will be returned to you, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ph365.con may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
